Choose the Ad account you created and Click on “Create”.

Great, so that’s the second step that we have completed by creating our Facebook Ad account.

Step 3: Setting up Facebook Pixel

Navigate to “Data Sources”, click on Pixels and then click on “Add” on the right hand side.

You will see a dialog box where you can rename your pixel.

Click Continue.

Click on Setup Pixel now

Now you will see a couple of options to integrate Face Pixel with your Shopify store.

We will be using the first option – “Add code using a Partner Integration”

Select Shopify.

Now Facebook will ask us to connect our Shopify store to the pixel.

For this step, we will have to head to our Shopify store.

Step 4: Shopy Store Settings

In your Shopify store, navigate to “Online store” and click on – Preferences.

Scroll Down to Facebook Pixel and click on “Set up Facebook”

Click on Add Sales channel and you will see a Facebook menu on the left hand side menu bar.

Click on “Connect Account”

Here you will see an option to connect your Facebook page and the Facebook business manager account to your shopify store.

Select the relevant options and click on Connect.

Click on “Submit for Review”

All done at your Shopify store.

For the next step, we need to head back to the Facebook Business Manager.

Step 5: Connect your Shopify Account to Facebook Pixel

Click the check box, and click Next.

Enter the URL of your website and click “Send Test Traffic”.

Facebook uses this step to ensure that the setup is accurate. Once everything is in place, you will see an “Active” sign on your screen.

Click on “Add assets” and choose your Facebook ad account.
